Overview
Work Scheduling:
- All Virtual Assistant hours are scheduled upon receipt of payment.
- You will receive confirmation of your booking and a timeline for task delivery within 24 hours of payment.
Cancellations:
- Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations will incur a non-refundable admin fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
- Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
- If work has already commenced or been completed, no refunds or returns will be issued.
